Respected Sir,
I am working as a Marketing Executive.I have not received offer letter. I get salary slip in which it shows 15k as a basic. Nothing else is mentioned except Professional Tax is deducted i.e 200.
No PF,NO TA ,DA.
They have not discussed about any incentive scheme.I want to know what are the essentials for PF and various other which I should discussed so that i do not have any problem in future.

PF need to be deducted from your salary and you will not come under ESI. Reg TA, DA,Incentives are as per the company policy.

PF limit is Rs 6500 Basic but u r salary is above Rs 6500 so u have not applicable PF
Second is for ESIC limit is gross 15000 but u r salary is above Rs 15000 gross so ESI not applicable
and remains allowance are depend on company policy

According to salary slip given by the company all the 15k is basic. And Professional tax i.e 200.
nothing else they have mentioned.Nothing is discussed about my incentives.
A my company is Small there is no HR. So no one has discussed about salary structure.The salary slip which is provide is too short to understand.
what are necessary Terms which I should tell them to have in my salary slip,

Components depend on various companies.
1.CTC should be mentioned.
2. Clause regarding notice Period before leaving the company should be mentioned.

It is advisable to ask politely and confirm from the management about the salary structure.
1. You may first want to find out who in your office is designated to answer such queries. if there is no HR, probably there is a finance executive who does all pay related work for all employees. finding out the right authority to understand details is relevant
2. If you have concerns about upgrading or reciveing better incentives, again you should find out the concerned authority for the same. The finance personnel only execute the job. They may not take such decisions.
Hope you find the required solution. i have always found it to be useful to structure sentences in a question format while conversing about such topics.

Dear
As per your negotion of salary they might have told 15 k so company is paying
15 k to you after deducting Professional tax.we donot know whether ESI and PF
is applicable in your company.Becuase ESI limit is 15k so it should be deducted from your salary and PF limit is Basic upto 6500 so it is not required to be deducted.
