Hi All,
Now a days the requirement of human resource is so fast that exceeds speed of light.
One client says "I need a manager level person within a week."
Tell me is this possible? What is the role of recruiter in this situation?

Hai Manish
I will agree with you that it is impossible to fill the Manager Level Position....
Atleast it will take more than 20 -25 days......and i think he has to 2-3 months of notice period...

hi Manish
I can let get the candidate from the ISO standard company or low level company or try to get the candidate who getting CTC less or find out with the client whether they can buy the candidate notice period - if it ok, they surely they will get the candidates.....

Hi Manish,
That's impossible and impractical unless with a quirk of luck!
This is surely not plucking money from a money-plant. You need to bring in some sense to your boss. Perhaps he knows the fact but is putting in pressure on you to get some one ' as of yesterday'.
Do try multiple sources of recruitment together (i.e more placement consultants, newspaper advertisement(if within budgets), referrals (if practical, given the confidentiality of the position), headhunting, etc.
