Thanks a lot AVS. This is my small efforts to spread awareness of creativity & Innovation. Actually there is lot of buzz about it India but hardly any Initiatives taken by Indian companies. Many companies are not aware of Innovation process, Many link Innovation to R&D group only. However, P&G CEO's Interview with Oxford Press, he clearly mention "we use Innovation Practices in everything we do" and that's true you can bring Innovation in Services, Operation, Products, Policies, any task or solution to any problem. Just stop looking at your workforce as task completing machines and provide them the wings of "Creativity & Innovation" together they will take company to new heights. How? because it has happened in western countries so why not in India.

"Why people scared of New Ideas, I am scared of Old one".
