Dear itzarsh,
Now-a-days we download the challans through updateding the data in ESIC website. So, website automatically updates the R.C(ESIC Returns Contribution). So, we can just download the R.C just by clicking on View R.C option which will be avaiable on right side bottom of the main page of ESIC. When you download that R.C fill up the necessary details at required areas & submit in ESIC if possible.
Most possibly now-a-days ESIC may not ask for R.C beacause they can knew it automatically.

Dear itzarsh,
Any how u should upload all the data from Oct'10 - Feb'11 in ESIC website. Once if u upload all the data then u hve to tke d print out of all the challans. Submit the original challans for the months where u hve done it manually & submit the challans for the months where u have done it through uploading in website.
Prepare three sets where two sets will be used by their office purpose & one set will be returnes to us.They will accept it & put a "late submission" endorsement on of the copy which may returned to u.
Now i hope its clear for u.

Vinay Kumar.
