I want some information on Salary, If any company offer 3.5 lakh package to employee , from this package how calculate per/month salary ? in this salary what are the components ? How to calculate PF and ESI? Are they calculating PF and ESI per month basis or year basis? How employer contribution to PF and ESI on total package?
I am confusion with these calculations

Dear Prasad Please find the attached Pay Structure format in which you have to change the Gross component as per you CTC and you will get all the components accordingly. Regards, Mallik
