Hi , in my point of view, yes its really worth saying " no " whenever our superiors give us lots of work load without giving the right time. Nice Presentation . Thanks.

Dear Umesh,
It is very much acceptable one. But, nowadays all top management expected HR should be a acceptable person by all. In this suituation If we say "No" there is a problems or distance will be developed. Management support is needed here.
Humans' behaviour is like mirror. So, how can we face this suituation.

Dear Kamal,
Iam not enforcing you to always say "NO" but when your Job, Role, Value is not telling you to do such unethical things build the courage to say " "NO" Its not one day exercise it will take some time but when you will implement it is good for long term.
Follow this quote for your complete answer "Cowards die so many times in life but brave die once in life time"

Hi Umesh
Good, but the point should be how to pass the message as "NO" without saying directly "NO". if you can do that nobody will feel bad or underestimate anybody

Your point is linking to many situations occurred with many people in businee/ job.
I too faced these type of situations many times. But sometimes I feel that saying no will revert back as not taking or not fulfilling responsibility successfully,....
what to do????

From India, Mumbai
Hi Umesh,
Its nice. If the situations arises on the suggestions made by seniors and u are sure that suggestions are not be in the interest of organisation and if u say "NO" to the suggestions, it will have adverse impact on u. But if u praise the suggestions made by seniors and thereafter request ur seniors to have look ur suggestions, i am confident that seniors will definitely examine ur suggestion in the interest of organisation. In short, one has to be very diplomatic in dealing with the seniors.
Regards.
