As Gaurav said, ICFAI is good.
But from what I have heard, the problem with ICFAI is the materials are too tough to study esply when you are working. You really need to work hard.
Please do enquire with people who are already doing the course there
I would suggest that you can try Symbiosis Distance Learning Centre, Pune for the diploma in HR. (www.scdl.net).
I am myself doing PG Diploma in Business Administration(HR) frm SCDL.
The course materials are really good and in simple language which makes it easy to understand.
You can mail your doubts regarding the study materials to the professors and you get a prompt reply answering your doubts(Thats one of things I really like abt SCDL).
E learning makes it more easier to study. An hour or two on the net makes it really easy to study.
And taking the exams are also easy.

I am also a HR personel and now I am in Abu Dhabi. You can do the course from SCDL. The facility is that you can for exam from Dubai also. But for that reason you have to taken registration as a NRI student.
