Hi members,
Pls. suggest me a format for collecting the data from the employee at the time of his joining which should include his personal details, job details, experience, organisation worked earlier, salary drawn earlier, reference etc.

Thanks for sharing such formats , but I have a small suggestion i.e instead of making separate sheets for employee details , why not prepare a single excel HRMS and then run a MACRO in it...
Believe me it would save lot of time.
