I do not agrre to the view point mentioned in the article. If I have to face similar situation I will say over a period of time chemisty changed and I suggested for graceful exit but my employer has not agreed and I had to leave, in short I was fired. But Okay, Steve Jobs was Fired, Amitabh Bachhan was fired. And so am I. We have to concentrate on what is your requirement and what potential I have. Also I was fired not for any fraud, misbehaviour, or poor performance. And even if the other party says so, it is their perspective, my perspective is I faced the same music as of Steve or AB.
(Only one life why so serious !! what is important is the person in the mirror who meets you everyday in the morning!!)
