Why you want a receipt. Now a days all companies are paying salaries through banks and it is becoming mandatory to all organizations.Then why you are thinking about salary receipt.

31- What do you mean by salary receipt ? Do you mean you want to take signature of employee once he or she is paid salary ?
- Make a register of salary and take signature of employee in the last column of the register to acknowledge the receipt of salary.
- In case you are paying salary by A/c payee cheque or by direct credit to employees' bank account, then there is no purpose or need to take any receipt from employee.
