Hello All,
First of all I am sorry as this might not be the right topic under which the thread could be started but I found this to be closest.
Coming to the point, I am working in a small IT company with employee strength not more than 25 people in my branch office. So I want to have some suggestions from the experienced people & ideas from the fresh mind for the Employee Engagement Programme. Infact, first i would like to know how important is it, does it really helps?
Thank you!

Yes, it helps a lot! These programmes provide a way to keep the environment fun-filled and energetic; also provides an opportunity to employees to interact with each other apart from the work issues.
There is a lot of stuff in citehr regarding employment engagement activities. You can search it.
You should celebrate birthdays, festivals etc. You could have a small set of activities on last working day of the week. This should not be too long to hamper work. You should ask from your seniors whether it should be done weekly or fortnightly. You could include games, quizzes, acts etc and can make the workplace lively.
