Now One employee resigned from his job due to personal problem. may be he will join new company or will start his own business.so, shall he withdraw all pf & pension amount. or is it compulsorily to obtain scheme certificate to him? in PF form No-10c No-8 column is say that. "Are yo willing to accept scheme certificate in lieu of withdrawal benefit". can you explain, is it compulsory to obtain scheme certificate.
& after resignation when we have to submit his form n- 19 & 10c to PF office, what is processure plse explain.
