Am an MBA student and doing my project on "Effectiveness of Training".
For the pupose of evaluation of training, planning to take "Reaction,Learning,Behavior,Results as four variables and to collect data based on these variables from various sources (For first two data from trainees and for the last two from managers).I am requesting you to post your opinion on this and please help me with some sample questionnaire for these levels.

hi Praveen, There 4 variables r the main parameters in Training. You can include more as per the objective of the training and your requirements. Regards, Raghu

My main objective is to analyze whether the Kirkpatrick's evaluation method (by using these four levels) is effective in an IT atmosphere
So I think these 4 parameters are enough to do the project.

i think the 4 level model isn't really accurate.. but it is the limitation of the model so that the mode can be used in general or for any kind of training.. it will be better if combined or adjusted with the particlar focus that is evaluated..

I'm Filzah, Master in office System management student. Now, I'm doing my research entitle: "TRAINING EVALUATION LEVEL AND TRAINING EFFECTIVENESS AMONG LOWER LEVEL EMPLOYEES IN SELECTED EDUCATION DEPARTMENTS" and i'm using Kirkpatrick's model. But now, I have the problem in making the Questionnaires for my research. My research objectives are
1. Investigate the influence of training outcomes and training effectiveness among lower level employees in selected Education Departments in Klang Valley.
2. Determine the extent of age in moderating the influence of the evaluation levels of training outcome on training effectiveness among lower level employees in selected Education Departments in Klang Valley.
