I want to know that how can i improve quality in my company( IT company)? Actually i am new in my company and with a conversation with my boss, he told me about quality problem.
How can i tackle this problem by using a best HR strategy?

Though the question is vastly generic, I am tempted to offer my two cents worth for strategy. My guess is that it is a start-up or a small enterprise, however, you can takeoff with ISO-9001, and streamline your processes. Later start implementing ISO-27001, CMM, P-CMM, BSC, Benchmarking, COPC etc. based on your specific requirements. These models will thoroughly train you for coping up with variations within the processes, understanding the systemic gaps, and sets up a solid framework for continual improvement.
