Thanks a lot for the post. However have a quick question. Most of the times team members fear to disclose or put across their ideas as they feel that they might be targeted later by their superiors, peers. How to overcome that fear of theirs? Do we ask them to input their ideas as anonymos. If so, then rewarding people for their inputs and ideas, how can that happen?

To overcome the fear of the team members, the superiors and peers must make sure that each and every idea from the team will be received in a positive way and if they did not like , it will be conveyed in a very polite manner . This solution may be impractical sometimes. Ideas as anonymos may work. But what i suggest is each and every member in team, team in my view include (team member, team leader and superiors) must have a positive approach towards every idea and provide trust to each other they wont be targetted later..This should from within each individual. They must know that it should not be taken personally.
