Dear Friends I have recently joined as admin executive and I need to procure quotation from different vendor can any one help me by providing the format of the comparitive statement

Use MS Excel
Create a worksheet where vendors are listed in columns and assessable criteria occupies the rows. Now, simply populate the cells with values you get from the quotes as well as any corporate quality criteria etc... To make it fair & transparent, you can even weight each vendor against a universal (corporate) or industry benchmark for each criteria.
