Personality Development? Fills me with horror, unless you are a psychologist, brain surgeon, or a brilliant magician you really shouldn't mess with people's minds if you have no clue what you are doing....behavioural development may be a more appropriate title.

Glad to know you are a psychologist so I am sure you will be handling the matter very professionally. right.. this is what i wanted to say. even i can see few ladies who are already HR manager and then asking the basic things of HR. donno how they became HR Manager then.

its does nt looks like a gud citerian,what i belive that if you can nt appriciate someone, then you dont hv right to critisize also, more over no öne going to join the management institute again while sitting at top positiön so think the value of ur advice.

Thank u so much folks for taking time out. If ppl cannot give constructive opinion, they need not waste their time in criticizing others without knowing the background... that was my only concern. Just want to let the forum know, with ample of exp in this field, this effort was only for reference and further improvement which is in the best interest of providing even better service to the ppl. All the more, this site clearly says, any rude postings will not be appreciated but this condition seems to be completely ignored. Folks passing -ve remarks on ladies or HR guys or anybody.... need to understand such comments only reflect on their personality and mentality. They need to go thro personality dev course themselves as their approach seems to be completely negative.

sorry bharti. i am not against anybody. if u r professional, even we will feel to attend ur class. but some times it happens that people start courses before they have full knowledge and we waste our time and money.

two times i suffered that is why i wrote like this.

1. i went to learn Autocad from well know institute in mumbai and there when asked about how to draw the drawing using all command, the instructor was not knowing because he only learned autocad commands. he was not from engineering background to show the use of command. then i opened book and tried to learn my self there in institute. because of that i did not get job immediately after completing autocad in L&T, Rolta.

2. one guy called to teach self hypnotism, and did nothing.

suppose you went for one job where another guy is selected. and later when u will see that, that guy is asking basic rules of your field then what you will say? if that person is fresh then should go for junior position. as HR manager if person will ask that, "i have joined as HR manager so please tell me how to start my work"... then what you will say?
