Sir/Mam, Kindly provide latest amendment in bonus act. 'm confused in calculating bonus. Kindly provide the information.

If Basic +DA ( Wages / Salary ) <=10000 then take this as Rs. 3500 per month as the person will be eligible for Bonus.
So eligible employee would get bonus on paid days by the employer ( Including all leaves, Hodidays etc.) paid by the employer
For worker
If present day in month July is 26 days then bonus would be
(3500/26*26)/12=3500 ( 26 days are actual days in the month of July)
( 12 is month in Year as per Bonus Act)
