Single copy of each with covering letter and same for receiving. Can submit the copy of Form 2 alongwith these.

only form 10 is submitted in pf office .
There is no need to go to pf office,fill the form 10 ,given to Hr dept. in Previous company
After 60 days ,from resign your job , only your r eliglible for apply for PF.
