Dear seniors,
I have completed MBA-HR last year and presently have been preparing for bank exams for last six months. My main problem to fear to go to interviews is my less % in Degree and MBA. I have more than 70% in SSC and Inter(+2),but 52% in both bsc and mba .I got 52% in MBA only because of very less score in internals. Every time i see job alerts ,i feel something fear about my %. Could you tell me the truth how much it effects in interviews and the process of getting job and Give me your valuable suggestions and tips. Thanking you,

The real Fact is people who just completed B.Com, BSC, BA were doing good jobs in all over the world.
By the grace of Almighty you had done MBA, that is more then others, please note you should always compare from lower level not higher level, either its life status matter or job.
So bottom line is, just keep searching the job, an oppurtunity will sure knock at your end.
one more thing "Pateince" play an important role during job searching..so be pateince..
