Hi team,
I m working in a small private company, here we are planing to implement HR functions. I need your help in understanding payment structure and is there any defined hike % that should be given to employees per year.
I would like to know the minimum hike % that should be given to any employee per annual.
2. Is it possible to break the hike % into 2 and show it as bonus after 6 months.
Eg: if company has plan to give 20% hike per annal. Then give 10% hike after 6 months & can they show 10% hike as bonus.

No standard is avl for salary hike. The hike proposed and method of implementation is in accordance with company policies. If the hike is included in the salary rather than by way of bonus, the employees are benefitted as it will increase their PF contribution (both ways) and retirement benefits.
