the annexure.( enclose the annexure with the details like the follwoing
1. name of the site
2. date and time logged in
3. type of site
The above acts on your part are of grave serious nature as per our computer usage policy.
You are hereby called upon to submit your explanation within hours from the receipt hereof. Should you fail to submit your explanation within the stipuated time, it will be deeded that you admit the charge and have no explanation to offer.
