Dear Sanjay,
Take this as my personal feeling, but to me a person who gets angry is the weakest person around, thus deserving our sympathy rather than outburst. Anger comes to those people who are helpless, weak, have tried all other means and who think that the best possible way to act is to REACT. An angry person is a subjugated and exploited one, who is in need of counselling . Though you have told ways to overcome it, but let me add, that there are also ways in which we should address this issue vis a vis the other person. the best way to address anger is to understand its futility and harm and to avoid it as much as possible.

Hi Sanjay,
Nice Attempt! But remember these two things when you publish such articles on web:
1. Do not use the copyright images especially when a picture has the copyright information in-built... i.e. (C) xxxx company.
2. Do not use bold text and red color for the statements. That sounds aggressive and emphasizing the context.
I am matching my opinion with Rishi's. Good luck.

Dear Mr. Rishsi,
While i fully agree with your views, i humbly disagree with you on one point that all people who show anger does not necessarily falls under the catagory you mentioned. There are people who are extremely impatient by nature and short tempered. This is a kind of mential instability giving rise to undeservind behaviours. But fortunately there are professional mental therapies / Anger Management conselling available for that and people has improved after going through the sessions. How ever one this for sure in a workplace environment most people falls under the catagory as you mentioned. I believe prodent HR should arrange for counselling for such staff to find the root of their dissatisfaction and possible solution to that.

Hello Mr Sanjay,
A very good ppt on anger management.
In Tamil language there is a great saying in the form of Thirukkural.
In vernacular it sounds as follows:
Sinam ennum serndharai Kolli
Inam ennum emapunai I sudum

Anger in a person will capsize his life boat
and can bring him death.
