I have applied for a new job and have submitted the form for transfer of PF to my new company..my question is how do i get confirmed whether the PF money is tranfered to my new PF account...

Hi Rashmi,
I think you would need to inward an application for acknowledgement or under the provision of right to information and also attach the recently in warded copy.
This process you may do after 7 months.

Yes, if you have in warded the form 13 in the month of july-11 then you should inward the other application to know the status after at least 7 months because it may take 3-4 months to transfer but practically some times it takes one year or more therefore the best time to check is after 7 months.
You may address To "Regional PF Commissioner".

The EPFO Site is working only for few regions like Delhi, Bangalore etc. But it is not yet implemented at a full stretch.

Dear Rashmi Ji,
I would suggest instead of opening a new PF account, you please get your existing account transferred to the present firm and continue it. It is depends on the previous EPFO and the present EPFO offices how much time to take for the transfer. If it is in the same region, only the code no. of the employer firm would change and you would be allowed to continue the existing account with the new employer. This would give you benefits of continuity of membership which affects your pension fund. Thanks and regards,
