Better to post the same by someone else rather searching here & there. Mentoinable that it should be for Real Estate company not as usual / universal HR format.

Hello everybody,
HR policies differ from organisation to organisation. It is not something readily available like a Dictionary in a bookshop. Much depends upon the vision, mission and philosophy of the organisation. Your HR policies should have a clear linkage to the organisation's goals. There are acts & laws available in internet which one can download directly, without asking anybody's help.
In respect of HR policies, one need to sit with a HR consultant like me, at senior level and draw up policies which will be kind of Bible cum Geetha for organisations to follow and implement.
I can be assistance to organisations as a HR Consultant and you can get in touch with me at . Please remember there is nothing called 'free lunch' !
Best wishes

Dear Friends
It's good, sharing of all their experiances. But What i want to say is to think Different than others and do the things in a different manner and implement it in practical. so then you can know how it will usefull. And main thing is it does not work in all the times.

HI,
Respect to all,
I completed my MBA on HR and now joined new established BPO company which based on US, which have 20 number of employee only and i am first HR in this company. I had not work as a HR before. I am fresh MBA graduate and no senior in this company who teach me or guide about HR work so please help to develop HR policy for my company and send me all rules and regulation which require for LEAVE, PF, ESI , WELFARE, and all Other HR related forms.
Is it good to join HR in new establish company which have limited number of employee like 20 only.

From India, Gold
Hi Mahendra,

There are two view points to your query. Since you have already joined a small BPO with 20 odd employees, dont look back and reconsider your decision. Life is full of challenges and dont expect cake-walk all the time. Use this opportunity study, learn everything that is required for setting up a proper HR department. This way, being the first HR guy, your successors will praise you, if you have done a thorough job. Use your spare time to find out from your employers, how to make the HR department robust, what is required, develop a blueprint / plan for the next 5 years. Gradually start implementing the plans like establishing HR policies, procedures, systems, rewards, performance review etc etc.

Second aspect is that you work for a bigger company and be part of the already existing HR team, learn things and move on to another company and implement things you know and you learnt in the earlier organisation.

For the first suggestion that I made, I would suggest that you take me as your HR Consultant who can help you in establishing a proper HR setup, including letter formats, templates, etc etc. You can check my profile. Please remember, nothing comes free in this world, there will always be a price tag attached to the services !

Best wishes

Hello,
I am also trying to set a proper HR department in theTourism company in which I am working. As regards to HR policies, I would like to have at least examples of same, or a guideline to set it up.
While I may agree with Mr Sundaram, that HR policies differ from organisations, I would be most grateful if at least the basics are given.
Mr Sundaram, unfortunately I am in Mauritius and won't be able to afford for your services. So if you could just give us some tips about how to get it started, it would be great.
Thank you
