if you will be able to provide some evidence about your employment with this proprietorship firm, I'm sure there would not be any problems in getting a job elsewhere oin the basis of this experience..
There are many small unregistered firms which hire MBAs and then are able to give them good working experience, just collect all the required documents and then you can apply for job..
you should have joining leter, appointment or offer letter, slaary slips or back documents, and experience letter..

Hello Deepak,
To add to what Archna mentioned, pl ENSURE you get your Paperwork right, since proprietor-owned companies are notorious for shoddy/slip-shod Paperwork--what Archna meant by your joining letter, appointment or offer letter, salary slips, etc with this Company. So THIS reason could be a hinderance, more than anything else, in your next job-hop.
Also, to the extent I know about your field [BRANDING AND MARKETING], many of the high-profile companies in your field are actually proprietor-owned or @ the best, Partnership-owned. So as long as you focus on learning & applying your experience, your next job-hop shouldn't be difficult at all.
All the Best.

hi
Stish!

thank's u and archana given 1 platform to my career bcs i was confused before the joining and after joined 'is proprietry firms or company's experience is countable to future company. now i am little bit happy and giving 100 % effort to my company. why i am saying that bcs i have 4 years experience in sales and marketing likes hdfc (personal loan DSA),cholamandalam DBS In loan department, vodafone essar (off role),hdfc life as SALES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER and then current company as SDM in BRANDING AND MARKETING.Pls observe my sector 1 was banking as a executive ,2 was also banking loan dept ,3 was telecom, 4 was banking insurance sector. i didn't decide that time i want to career in banking or insurance..... and EVENT MANAGEMENT,BRANDING , I LIKES THIS PROFILE BUT didn't get bcs of Degree no Reference, now i got but package is very less why i don't have such experienced in BRANDING AND EVENT MANAGEMENT. STILL i am happy bcs i got job related to my hobbies . do have idea wht's package i am geting . i am getting only 17 k net per month.
thanks and regard's

Hello Deepak,
Suggest don't bother about the package at this point of time--FOCUS on LEARNING THE WORK & the package WILL FOLLOW. Take my word for it.
It's not very common that someone gets a job which he/she likes from Day-1, which you have now at least [after the not-so-happy Insurance/Bank jobs]. Now you have to ensure that your Employer also likes YOUR WORK.
Put your best into the job & the rest will follow.
All the Best.
