greeting of the day,
i am working as a admin exec. From lasrt 4 yrs. And i have the knowledge of hr related work(esic,p.f etc.).
Now i want to do mba but i am confused , should i do it in hr or operation,
guide me the best way so that i can utilise my 4 yrs work exp.
I mean to say that should i do mba in hr or operation?

Myself worked as Admin Incharge in Pvt Ltd firm 6+ years, the 1 year worked as Operations Executive and now frm 2 months working as HR Executive in a Ltd firm and from last year persuing MBA in Operations coz Operations is field of my interest to know the entire operations of the business whereas being as Admin I also handled HR responsibilties so when I have practical knowledge the why waste time in studying thereotically.
