Dear Vasavi,
1. Admin. charges are fixed at 1.10% of salary, i.e. Basic+DA.
2. You can call it as Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees' Pension Scheme (EPS) Entire 12% deducted from employees' salary goes to EPF. Out of 12% contribution from the employer, 3.67% also goes to EPF. Remaining 8.33% ) goes to Pension Scheme. However, there is a salary ceiling of Thus, contribution to Pension Scheme can not be more than When employees voluntarily agree for PF deduction beyond the ceiling limit, then also only 541 goes to EPS and the remaining amount of 12% is added to EPF. (You can refer official website of PF Organisation "www.epfindia.com" for more clarity.
3. Gross salary upto 15000/- per month comes under ESI purview. Earlier it was 10000/-.
4. Very difficult to give everything here. Please check respective websites for more information.
