Pretty useful. A very good presentation.
Human nature is such that once authority comes, basics are thrown to winds. Many a times company culture is built on suspicion. That percolates throughout the organization as only those who play the game get promoted.
I always felt that all managers should have some orientation course on Communication, as not only Communication outside but communication within the organization is very important.
Blatant lies never help as people within anyway come to know the facts sooner or later. A competent and stable HR Head enjoying the confidence of MD and MD listening to the advice is the perfect setting, highly desirable but rarely seen.
