Hi friends..
In my company we are providing total 18 leaves in a year i.e 6 CL, 6PL, 6SL but management want to reduce paid leave structure.So we want to update leave structure in our organisation.
Is there any rule/Act to provide minimum leaves. Till what level we can reduce leave in our organisation?
Can we make rule all leave as unpaid leave?
