Hello All of you,
I represent a leading mineral water company having spent 18 months in HR and recruitment ,my manager wantes me to give a presentation on interviewing skills to the HOD's of all depts viz sales , accounts , technical , production , and so on.
Usually we take the first HR round nad hand over the candidate to the respective HOD for his approval and evaluation.
Can you all pls suggest me relevant questions to be asked by these hod for effective interviewing process.
If you have any other ideas laso as how to go abt the entire interfvew process pls feel free to join this topic.

Firstly Interviewing is a process so you need to tell me how big is your hr team secondly what industry do you belong to.
you need to start with a manpower req form + job description exercise + hr interview + technical interview + behavioural interview and so on.
This depends on company to company so pls help me with sum basic info of your org.

We are basically an Intergerated Marketing Company total of 140 People all over India.
