hey guys..i m doin my summer internship..i got a task nd for dat i need ur help...i have to calculate training man hours..for ex each month training takes place in an oragnisation on various topics nd the trainess who attend the training programme are sometimes same and are sometimes new..in this case how will we calculate total number of employees annualy trained nd their training man hours...

the calculation is simple- the time of each training session multiplied by the number of attendees, even if the attendees are same.
Ie. Training hrs= 1 hr
no. Of trainees= 20
total training hrs = 20 hrs
