Dear Friend,
To my knowledge company can decide and fix more than one person as an authorization signatory. In this case, company want to give an authorization with addition to existing signatory, then company has to conduct board meeting to pass a resolution for the same. These details of board meeting and resolution have to be entered in minute’s book.
Then you can send this copy of the board resolution to all respective statutory departments. Write a conversing letter stating that addition in Authorization signatory in our company to sign on all returns/reports/correspondence as and when required.
If you wait some more time I am sure our seniors will give you very good and appropriate answers on the same.
I wish you all the best.
