am vidya and i`ve joined as an intern in a beverage company. where they have given me my project topic as "DESIGNING EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND HR CALENDAR FOR ENTIRE KARNATAKA"..
I dont know how to start my project work and how to proceed.
can u plz suggest me with ideas and ways to proceed.
After all i`m a fresher ( student still )
i do want to do my Project successfully. for which i want ur help.
and also tell me how am suppose to start wid the planning. am really tensed.
how to also execute with this topic and how is it gonna help them?
