Am working with a management consultant. Till that we are in permanent recruitment services. We have got a govt contract for temp staffing of their account division staff.
Can anyone plz let me know the documentation we need to manage on behalf of corporates. Like the forms, the challan or PF, ECS etc.
Plz help immediately as we have meeting with them tomorrow.

The following things has to be taken care of-
1.Employee provident fund (EPF) Registration
2.EMPLOYEE STATE INSURANCE (ESI) Registration
3.Professional Tax Registrations.
The above all are madatory....

For EPF Registration the following documents are required-
Employer Form 5
Employee Form 2
Payment of ESI before 25th of the Next Month through challan below attached
For ESI Registration the following documents are required-
Employer Form 1
Employee has to submit declaration form along with Form 3
Nomination of family member Form 1a
Changes in family member Form 1b
Registeration of employee Form 7
Payment of ESI before 15th of the Next Month through challan below attached
For Professional Tax Registration
Employer Registration Form 1
Employees Registration Form 2
Payment of PT before 15th of the Next Month through challan Form 5

kindly keep in your mind following facts also
1.who will be his employer your company or principal employer who has entered into contract for staffin.
2.whiter nature of job is perennial or not
3.whiter job is perennial or not appropriate govt. I.e. labou commissioner will decide on your request
4.why you or principal employer is retaining temporary staff
5. in case you are retaining temporary staff submit form IV along with form V issued by principal employer and apply before appropriate govt. for issue of permissio in form VI
6.in case principal employer is retaing temporary staff he will follow the same procedure. he will approach his principal employer that is the company who has award him contract.
7. for more detail refer CLRA act. The act is applicable for both private company or govt. organization.
