Bhartiya vidya bhawan is good institue to study but they are not providing good plcmnt.
I would advise you to try somewhere in HR where u can do more HR work. Practical knowledge is different from theory..

Dear Yogita,
I.R is a very important part of H.R. We H.R people lack in I.R issues because most of people have no Law background. In my point of view, if you have selected H.R & Admin field as a career. You must go for I.R study, it will definitely help you in your H.R career.
The people who have not sufficient knowledge of I.R, they are not able to run H.R department properly, I will strongly recommend you that you must go for PG in I.R.
Best of Luck,

Hi Yogitabehl ,
I have done PG in industrial relations and personnel management from bhartiya vidya bhavan's .It has helped me a LOT.actually i would say
it is more beneficial then an HR diploma.because it contains legal
side of HR,Acts and much more which is very important .Even you can apply for govt jobs if you wish .
