Dear Mohini,
Please download the attached file and copy it to the following directory :
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\ADDINS
Now open excel and click the icon which is located on left side top and choose "Excel Option"
Click the tab Add-ins.
you will see "Manage: and a drop-down menu.
Select Excel Add-ins from Drop Down menu and press on GO Button.
you will see " Add-ins available list.
Check mark the box for Inword and press OK Button.
Now open excel sheet and type the following formula on B1 cell
=word(A1)
here in A1 cell you have to type the amount and it automatically convert it to word on B1 cell.
