1. Work Pressure
2. Peer Pressure
3. Competency Pressure
4. Time Limit Projects
5. Gender Based Harrasements
6. Discrimination based on Sex
7. Health Vs Work
8. Others
There are many woman issues at workplace. Since you are research scholar you need to be very specific in writing articles.
