I am very demotivated nowadays. I have completed my MBA in HR but not getting good job in it. I have started doing join company that is semi government organization.I have been working there as a project assistant and there is nothing related with HR.
Please advice me something good

dont get disappointed at all.
you will definately get the break in HR.
upload your resume on various Job portals, check the job classifides in news papers regulary.
and yes, dont think that you will not get anything from your present job.you will definately get the some knowledge from your present job, though the knowledge is not related to HR field.
there are so many people who dont get job to their related field initially.
Even I started my career as a customer Service representative. I also did my MBA in HR.
after few months I got the break in HR as a recruiter., after that I worked on Payroll and now I am handling Generalist profile.
so, dont worry, try your best.

I was in the same positions a few months back and could understand what must be going in your mind. Let me tell you don’t give up. Core HR jobs are less in the market and attrition is very low in this department but don’t stop applying for the jobs and the most important thing is keep updating your knowledge, keep your basics clear. Its not the MBA that is going to give you the job its the knowledge you posses. An opportunity can arrive at any time at your door step.

I'm understanding your present situation. But don't be disappoint but try to update your knowledge base. I would like to suggest to join any small type of company/organisation to gather experience (in between don't think that you're an MBA) and learn all, from your practical experiences. You wrote that you're working in a concern. Then you can observe how they can handle all types of statutory/social compliances and solve the employee's problem. It'll help you in future. In this period keep update your resume and post it in all JOB PORTAL. And above all you've to analyse yourself impartially and try to find out what are the disadvantages of you and try to rectify these. You can take your seniors help. I think you'll get positive result. So, don't be hopeless, fight with situation and you'll be winner. Wish you best of your luck.

I got one very good opportunity in the HR field but the company was asking me to pay Rs.15, 000. And i did not anything to them and refuse the offer...
