HR Handbook is a booklet prepared by a firm to provide at one place all the terms and conditions of employment, service benefits and everthing that an employee needs to know. Normally it is given to every employee when he joins an Organization newly. This booklet will give answers to most of the questions an employee may have in his mind as regards to his work in the firm.
