I am Organizing HR awards for the employees .Please help me in evaluating the employees (on what basis and parameter) , and also i want to know the types of awards such as Best Sales - Country , Best Employee of the year , Mr Punctual etc .

you may award highest attendance achiever of the year by calculating the no. Of days present including the sanctioned leaves, weekly offs. Secondly, you may conduct some technical quize programmes in groups / sectionwise and award the highest scored team by testing the depth of the working knowledge of the team members.
