Dear Sajadmir.,
This is very useful for working employees.
May you please help me?
At present m facing the same problem in my present organisation.
Means, I am a very shy type person, I don't want to talk with my Co-worker and My seniors also, bcz I don't like politics.
In my point of view, If we talk so Much or Less then you will also involve in politics (Means gossips, stupids Question, backbiting etc.) which I Won't.
But my co-worker is think that I don't hv any knowledge about my work. Bcz m a freasher for Marketing Co-ord.
They don't want to teach me related to work, bcz they thought m a very biggest politician. (Vo Hota hai na k Kum Baat karo to Socha Jata Hai K Kuch Jyada Mature hai).
What Should I do?
Thanks & Rgds
