Respected sir/madam,
I am xxxxxx worked as US IT RECRUITER in XXXX organisation, they took my ORGINAL SSC CERTIFICATE
i have worked in that organisation for 45 days, i have received one month salary, and after one month when i tried to leave that organisation they are not giving my CERTIFICATE
Now the company is demanding some hand some hand some money,
when i have asked for reason they told you need to serve for 3 months notice period or pay hand some money
i can't continue because of some personel problem
please suggest me some solution for getting back my certificate

First, could you please let me know whether you have been offered any appointment /offer letter or not. If yes please read it carefully.
If your appointment/offer letter says that you have to serve notice for period of three months otherwise have to pay a certain amount to fill this lost, you have to do...
Else you need to speak to your HR Manager and try to convince him/her that you are not able to continue your job due some reasons which made you to take this decision.
See actually the appointment/offer letters are specially designing for this purpose bcz these days candidates are easily switching thier jobs even not completing their probation period too which is not in favour of employers and increasing many problems for them.
Now wanna know about terms and condistion of your appointment/offer letter first..

i was not given any offer letter , i was given only offer mail,
when i asked about offer letter they said they will give it only when i submit one more certificate of my academics
one more thing i want to tell
when i got offer mail they have asked me take print out of that letter i did the same, in that, it was mentioned, they have mentioned only about "my salary you are agreeing for terms and condition of company and signature " i have signed on that paper
later after taking my signature on that offer mail, they have added more five papers in initial and kept that signed paper at the end and now they are misusing it
now they are telling that you have to pay 2lac 30k if you want to leave the organisation
when i have told the same to my father, they got convinced to some lesser amount, i can't afford even that amount please let me know is there any other solution ?
Shall i file a case on that company ?

What were the terms and Conditions of Company where you have signed on it? and why??

Have you ever read these terms and conditions before signing this offer letter and found the clause in it by which they can hold your Original Certificates if you will not serve a notice period or otherwise will charge a certain amount from you.

And if they have no proof or a particular contract letter offer to you and the respective terms and conditions are not in their favor you can lodge a police complain and can file a case against them.

But you need to check your copy of offer letter for terms and conditions
