[FONT="Arial Black"][B][B][B][B][B][B]Dear Simran.

Congratulations for setting up your own business.

All depends on your investment matter how much you are willing to invest for Consultancy set up.

As for initial legal requirements you have to form a Society under societies act , you have to show around 7 members with you to the society registrar to [B]show your team and you have to designate few positions also. its all about formalities part, u may add ur team members/ family memebers for same, after getting enrolled in society registration you can start your business of consultancy, you will start working as regd firm under society act, and later on if you wish you can also get Service Tax number for your firm and later on you can convert your firm in to Pvt Ltd company.

Rest you might be knowing you have to make tie ups with employers with proper agreement of service offered and charges required by you, replacement system of candidates etc.

So initialy you have to go for registration under society/Trust/ N.G.O nominal fee around 5,000 maximu they would charge for it, u must have a place rented/ own , pan card should be available , later on you may apply for your firm's pan nu also for better authenticity.

You may mail me if u find other quiries.

Regards
