Hi All,
In ,my company we are planing to have a suggestion box which will help to get ideas,suggestions,feedback from employees.
I m not sure how to implemnt this.
This is first experience

Hi Jaya,
Suggestion box is a well establishes idea and have been used across many companies as it brings good results. But the readiness of company is very important as the feedback can be negative also. The suggestions and ideas employees will give then needs to be implemented, of course not all of them but the choicest few which the Senior Management thinks can be used.
Place suggestion boxes at places where all employee have an excess,may be one/two on each floor..or as per the design of your floor/s.
Then send a mail to all the employees about this new initiative and how the company is looking froward for some brilliant ideas from their employees and also informing them about the placement of such boxes.
I would suggest to start with, you can ask people not to write their names, unless you are very sure that all the seniors will take the feedback and suggestions with a positive nod.
Then go ahead...:)

Dear Jaya
It is a good idea to have a Suggestion/Complaint Box.
But it must be placed in prominent places where all the employees/customers have access.
Your management should analyse on the complaint about the issues mentioned in the complaint/suggestion and not on the individual who have given the complaint.
If the management can do so then keeping the Suggestion/Complaint Box will have its meaning.
