Dear Nkem,

I don't know if you are from what country but this is in addition to what Anayat has given the information. You can add the following points:

a) Number of employees on the roll as of the last day of the financial year (for the last five financial years)

b) Total employee expenditure (employee cost) against total expenditure (in per cent)

c) Total expenditure on employee welfare against total employee cost (in per cent)

d) Revenue per employee for the last five financial years (= total revenue/total employee cost)

e) Number of grievances in a year per 1,000 employees per financial year

f) Number of suggestions generated per employee per financial year

g) Number of suggestions implemented against the number of suggestions received (in per cent)

h) Total revenue saved or generated out of implementation of the employee suggestion

i) Number of lawsuits filed by current or ex-employees in the court of law per financial year

j) Employee Satisfaction Index per financial year

k) Break up of your HR budget i.e. actual wages, statutory payments, welfare, training, recruitment and other

l) Number of promotions against total employees per financial year

m) Education level of the employees - PHDs, postgraduates, graduates, diplomas and Certificate holders of vocational training courses and others

n) Age-wise break up of the employees

o) Language-wise (mother tongue) break up of the employees

The points mentioned above are not necessarily in the sequence. I have typed them as the thought came to my mind. Please put them in sequence.

All the best!
