1. It totally depends upon the nature of incentive and the comepnsation & benefit policy of the organization.
2. In some organizations, performance incentives are limited and fall under CTC. In others, performance incentives are not limited and are an add on to the ctc.
3. Some organizations offer attendance incentives, which most of the times is a part of CTC.
P.S. - A good C&B policy is what makes or breakes the reputation of an organization.
