I am anisha.Recently i have joined the organisation as HR Executive.I am fresher in this field so i am requesting to all cite hr members to share your knowledge with me regarding ESIC.I have theortical knowledge like deductions ,challans,RC .But pratical knowledge is so less(like how to submit RC,challans etc) .so tell me that what things should i know in ESIC and also tell me about the TIC .

Dear Anishamita,
I suggest you visit your ESI local office. Recently, they have changed everything and started online challan, new joinees form, returns, etc. which requires password allotted by ESI office.
They will surely apprise you with the new online procedure.

Thanks for telling me such a valuable recommendation.Actually i know how to submit Online ESIC Monthly challans but i don't know what is the procedure of taking SUB-CODE of different-2 branches
and what is the online procedure for RC.Can u plz give me a copy/sample of new joinees forms or what is a procedure for new joinees.One more thing i want to ask from you that if i will go to my ESIC Local/regional office ,they will tell me the procedure of RC,SUB CODE AND solve my ESIC QUERY.

yeah why not??? please wait i am sending the system of submit Online ESIC Monthly challan.
first of all i want to tell you that if your company is registered on only one place then your ESIC challan can be submitted at same time. now please follow up this pdf sheet.

Dear Anishamita,
In this last couple of months, everything has changed. Now, you don't have hard copy of declaration form. It is in soft copy. The number of the employee and the details come on line. You have to take the print, sign it with your seal and send the employee to esi office to take his snap for smart card. The half yearly return has been ceased and there is only monthly returns now.
Regarding subcode. The procedure is that when your main or head office is having esi code, then you have to apply for sub code by filling up a form. They give you the same code with an extension as che, del, mum, etc.
I will still request you to go to the local office and you will get all your querries solved.

Dear Anisha,
Every month you have to send the details of all the employees in the format given by them online. The challan is generated automatically. Then you have to pay in the bank. Similarly, for a new employee, you have to fill the form online. You will immediately get his number. You have just to sign the same and send him to the local office for smart card.
Better, you go to the local office and get yourself trained which is very easy.
