1) need to create handbook for pms
2) need to set the complete process for a company which does not have the pms process
3) need to train the managers for explainning the concept
4) also need to handle 5 - 10 sample cases for goal setting, performance measuring, both technical and non technical
5) anything relates to performance manament pertaining to the company
