hello evryone,
I am doing a project where i have to develop an operator training module for a certain garment factory..I am totally at loss..could anyone plz help me by contributing some traing formats or schedule relating to my project..
also i would like to some help regarding as to how should i carry out the traing process or schedule..as in i would like some innovative way of training which would be exciting to learn fro the operators and not boring..
(P.S the factory is in chennai, and all the operators speak none other language tha tamil..i dont know tamil..how do i carry out the whole thing??)
